Survey

Our experienced surveying team thoroughly inspect all areas for installation suitability including walls, ceilings, 230v power, local area network and presence of asbestos. A full report is filed for all individual projects.

Design

We'll work closely with you and gladly liaise with architects, project managers and building contractors to ensure the total suitability of equipment and strict adherance to budget.

Installation

Our fully trained installation team will follow a strict timetable to minimise disruption to your daily timetable. We can also provide out of hours and weekend timeslots if required.

Repair

If you're struggling with faulty or unreliable AV equipment please get in touch. Whatever problems you are experiencing, the chances are, we've seen it before and can help get you up and running again.

Training

User instructions in both electronic form as well as hardcopy are available on completion of all our AV projects. Additional on-site training is also available for your key staff members if required.

Support

All equipment and services are supplied with a full on-site warranty of up to five years. We operate UK freephone support as well as email to address any queries or technical issues.
